From the time human’s are born, we all need the sensory stimulation of touch. I am a firm believer that touching one another has both physical and psychological implications. Another person's touch and warmth can help ease pain, relax muscles, and create a state of overall well being. At times the solution to our spiritual malady is simple; we just need that human connection. Cuddling releases endorphins in our brains, and we can find ourselves far less lonely and in a much better state of mind.

I am super intentional when it comes to touch and - in my opinion - that’s when it is the most beneficial and healing. These are some of the reasons that I believe spending time cuddling is such an essential part of the human experience. I want to help others heal in ways that my healing has been impacted.

Sessions are for you! I love to learn about you and your journey and how we can be comfortable together.

• I have formal training in social work, music, have worked as a caregiver for years. This training and experience has shaped who I am as a person and the type of experience I can offer in a session!
