My friend would tell you that I’m very caring and thoughtful. I do believe that snuggling and cuddling are major stress relievers. Have you ever cuddled up to someone close to you and all of a sudden everything seems to be alright? And of course everyone has their own way of cuddling but the goal is the same - to feel safe, protected, and calm.
