Touch is paramount to survival and everyone deserves to feel loved. Research supports our need for touch. It releases oxytocin in our brains which is the feel-good hormone! It boosts your immune system, it lifts your mood and increases self-esteem. Besides it just feels great to feel loved unconditionally!

I am St Louis' original cuddler! I first brought cuddling to St Louis in February of 2015 opening Embrace Me Now, introducing male & female cuddlers, a reorganization later that year led to a name change to
Cuddle Me Now StL. I know longer run a cuddle business with other employees, however, continue cuddling myself. My goal has always been to teach people the art of cuddling and becoming comfortable enough to consider themselves a cuddler and bring it to their relationships.

I am an expert cuddler, trained in touch therapy. I am a former addiction counselor with very good listening skills. I will welcome you with open arms and ensure your comfort before the session even begins. You will learn about boundaries and how to honor yourself while getting your needs met.

I have a comfortable studio located in Pacific (35 minutes from the Arch) with a private bathroom, ( shower available if necessary) and entrance. The property is peaceful and private.

I am also available as a guest at your place with an additional travel fee depending on location.
