My best friend would describe me as goofy and curious, ready to both express and receive expression. They would say I’m grounded in the moment and ready to rise to any playful or heartfelt occasion.
I’ve experienced such sweet therapy from platonic intimacy. It’s a really important part of my wellbeing and I notice emotional walls come up when I lack access to co-regulating by means of closeness. Snuggling is a really beautiful thing to me.
