I’m giving a one star because this person can’t understand that I had emergency situation and he is giving me one star! And I apologized for that and I offered discount for next time. Even I didn’t accept his booking proposal on this website. He asked about hotel in my area and I recommended him a hotel and he said he booked and going there! . I tried to figure it out my situation and show up, it just didn’t work. I was keeping touch with him till last minute. Not just disappeared or blocked or ignored him. He didn’t respond but after few days giving me one star. Well,I understand he was upset,I would’ve upset too. But we are all humans. I think we have to understand that it can be different situations we can’t control!!! I didn’t do it in porpoise!
