Decompressing with another person, listening to their slowing heartbeat and relaxed breaths, is soothing and centering. I enjoy playing with someone's hair, just as much as I love having mine played with. I am happy to cuddle close at a coffee shop, hold hands on a walk alongside the ocean, or simply be intertwined on the couch watching hockey or a movie.
