Looking for easeful, simple, uncomplicated platonic touch with people who know how to self-regulate. I love ecstatic dance, music, singing, touch, massage, coregulation, Breathing, nature, spirituality, A Course in Miracles, animals, sunshine, nonviolent communication, wwoofing, vanlife, permaculture. I used to live in a place where I had deep intimacy and touch with close friends. Since moving back to the east coast and restarting my life in Virginia and Florida, I’m searching for more spiritual community and friends for platonic touch and coregulation.

Im a spiritual coach and therapist and I facilitate retreats and playshops that focus on self forgiveness, self love, and co-regulating, platonic, intentional, conscious touch.
