I'm a grad student in New Orleans, and due to taking a year off, most of my social circle isn't in town. I'm making do, but I also would love to just have a physical connection that feels intimate but not sexual or romantic. Ideally, we also have good vibes, and can talk about things. I'm trying to be a mental health professional, so I love dialogue.

I'd prefer to meet everyone in a public space first, ideally for coffee, or beignets, or something where we have to talk to each other. A walk is great. It's free and there may be a dog or two to pet on the way. I'm not much of a drinker, but will meet you at a bar if you'd like. I'm something of a 420er, but I'd prefer to hold off on that for a first cuddle time or two.

My ideal cuddle partner would be someone who communicates clear boundaries, is a good listener, makes me laugh (and is honest if my jokes aren't actually funny!), strokes my hair, and is generally who they claim to be. (And I mean, generally - I don't care if you've added some cuddle since you took your picture. But meeting a stranger is a risk for both of us, and I want to feel like the person I've built a mental relationship with is what they say they are, or else I won't be able to enjoy the cuddling.)

I don't care about age, orientation, what you look like. The only thing I don't like is a disrespect of time - last minute emergencies happen, but I've grown to really be bothered by ghosting. If you have to cancel, just let me know.

My place has no pets for those allergic, but it does have some super-cozy blankets. Just saying :D
