My best friend would describe me as compassionate, caring, kind, friendly, understanding, nonjudgmental, loyal, reliable, responsible, loving, and smart. I cuddle because I love it and am passionate about it. Ever since I first learned about it, I have been fascinated by it and have wanted to learn more and more and have had a strong desire to become a cuddle therapist and to help and meet as many people as I can. It is such a unique way to teach people about how to love themselves more, communicate better, improve their self expression, and practice safer boundaries. I can help them with important skills and also be a mental and emotional support to them. This is also while I can give them the silence, be the person they need to talk to, or someone they want to listen to or any combination they desire and they can get the eye contact as well as the physical touch connections that they need. We can cuddle, snuggle, touch, caress, hug, hold, and be intimate in different platonic ways that release the hormone oxytocin that naturally make us feel good and that we all need to survive. This helps with the loneliness epidemic which has been a problem since before the coronavirus and only worsened since then when it isolated everyone. I am open to experimenting with different cuddle positions from the cuddle sutra e-book that clients and I can look at and explore either together in person when we meet or separately before meeting since I can send it to clients as an email attachment. I am open to working with clients to figure out what is best for them so that they get what they need and want to help them heal and/or feel better and to be able to have positive, healthy connections and experiences with other people. I hope that they learn good things about themselves that they can utilize in the rest of their lives. My goal is to touch their hearts.
