A session would look like:

If you wanted to touch my hands, say... I'm going to touch your hands, is that okay? Once we've established some trust, you could scratch my shoulders or place your hands on another appropriate area. Asking helps me. Maybe the same thing in return for me to touch you. I do not touch other people at all unless I am explicitly invited. I avoid even shaking hands if I can.

It's confusing and lonely. I like touch but I also don't want to hurt someone else...so I rarely give or receive.
