Hugs are my sanctuary, where warmth and comfort come together in a perfect blend. There's an energy to a hug, as if the matter of one person powers up the other :). As humans, we need human physical contact, and it's so important to our physical and mental health. I really enjoy many genres of music, great food, exercise, and spending time with good caring people.
