With the unfortunate rise of depression and anxiety due to this pandemic, my empathetic heart has been kicked into over drive. It has been such an honor to be open and express your innermost desires, fears, & feelings in an authentic, raw and vulnerable way. I love frolicking around out in nature , forgetting about the stresses of day to day life and finding places to lay down on a picnic blanket type setting staring up into the sky enjoying the sunset and the dawn of another day coming to its end making room for a new beginning.The highlight of these sessions is when we meet in the space of curiosity and openness without attachments to outcomes, the flow is just natural .My deepest intention is to meet you wherever you are emotionally, physically, mentally in a safe state of mind so that you can relax and truly be yourself. I look forward to delving into the unknown and sharing heartfelt time together.
