I find cuddling calming, soothing, relaxing, relieving, cathartic, resulting in a good sleep, frame of mind, potentially from the release of oxytocins. It's so addicting that I have such insatiable appetite for it no matter the time of day. I also enjoy cuddle-naps - getting my cuddle fix & also that much needed power nap - a perfect combination on any day. I am also a very tactile person, I like that physical touch - whether it's holding hands, hugging, caressing the hair, Small Spoon leaning on Big Spoon's chest/shoulder/arms.

Because of my frame/height/size, most times, it goes without saying that I tend to take the role of the 'Small Spoon' so ideally my cuddle buddy would be 'Big Spoon' energy. Depending on the vibe & chemistry though & the other person's preference/personality, I would not be closed to trying to switch the roles too, but again, most of my cuddle meets, I've been the 'Small Spoon'. It could be simply sitting next to each other, watching a movie being held by Big Spoon's arms. The possibilities are endless but the most important factors for me would be that it is done in a respectful manner where personal boundaries are upheld, very good personal hygiene, being communicative (discuss what works and what doesn't for example) especially that with meeting new people, we don't know them very well.
