My friends describe me as warm-hearted, open-minded, honest and a true people person (well at least that's how one of my friends described me when I asked her to help me answer this prompt!). I'm a cuddle buddy virgin be gentle!

I have a lot of book smarts (I'm apt to recommend a good book if I think it will help you,) but I possess street smarts as well. My demeanor is very confident, often times I come off blunt (not to hurt anyone just to get to the point), and have a dry wit. When I care about something I become very passionate about it. Although knowledgeable about a plethora of topics ( I'm a self-described "Jill-of-all-Trades") I will always be willing to admit I do not know something and will look into it and follow up to give you an answer. My enthusiasm for life, and projects often spreads like fire wherever I go.

My team has just launched an online platform (www.thetransition.org) that is manifesting a worldwide movement. It is a huge part of my life right now and I have never felt more on track with my life's purpose.It acts as a social change network of conscious individuals willing to not only change the world, but change themselves to create a brighter future for everyone! People that tend to be interested in the work we are doing:

-Believe housing is a human right.
-Believe that everyone needs a basic education on how to survive sustainably.
-Believe that planned obsolescence is a practice that wastes our finite resources.
-Are interested in experimental models of living and working together like Co-Housing, Eco-Villages, Co-ops, Communes, & Intentional Communities.
-Know poverty is a man-made social construct.
-Study ideas & concepts regarding sustainability, permaculture, ecology, & aquaponics.
-Believe that alternative technologies are withheld due to corporate greed.
-Believe cooperation is far more powerful than competition.
-Don't just talk about problems, but are a person who comes up with solutions to them and DOES something about it by using methods of Direct Action.

I'm glad you took some time to get to know me and I am happy to respond to messages, but at the moment I am not making cuddle arrangements because I'm in a relationship and not currently in need of cuddles. Thanks for your understanding.
