All cuddle sessions need to be canceled 24 hours ahead of time or there will be a $25 service fee which will be a nonrefundable deposit. Unless there is an emergency like a death, covid, flu, child or spouse is sick, pet has to go to the hospital for an extreme illness or you are extremely ill. (For these situations the deposit is refundable.) Deposit is due at booking and will be deducted from cuddling fees when appointment is has been fulfilled.
