I am a Cali Sober energy and holistic healing practitioner currently focused on mental and Indigenous medicine. I think I have a pretty cool life and some pretty awesome friends.

--Energy Healing & Therapeutic Touch--
My work blends certified energy healing with the grounded, nervous-system-aware presence of touch and comfort work. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, I've spent years helping people move out of fight-or-flight and into a state where their body can actually rest — and cuddling, safe touch, and co-regulation are some of the most direct paths there. Physical presence and gentle touch signal safety to the nervous system in a way words alone often can't, which is why I see this work as deeply complementary to everything else I do.
This September, I completed my coursework through the Lay Counselor Academy and am certified to practice as a Mental Health Counselor, and I also volunteer as a Harm Reductionist with a local outreach organization — work that's given me steady, real-world practice meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment, especially in moments of vulnerability. Together, this background means I bring both trained compassion and a genuine understanding of what people need to feel safe enough to relax: consistency, presence, and someone who won't flinch from their story.
