We had a session booked for today, which we agreed on earlier in the week. I never received her contact information, and as the time for the session grew closer, I messaged her and wrote that if she needed to cancel, could she please let me know. I then checked her profile and noticed she had been online the last several minutes, yet apparently could not extend the courtesy of telling me she could not do the session. No word from her, no short message, nothing. Totally unreliable.
