I have trauma-informed and consent (via Betty Martin's teachings) training and try to do my best to live in alignment with my values of truth, justice, and compassion. It is an honour and pleasure in this work for me to be able to provide a non-judgmental and safer space where you can (hopefully) let down your guard, take off your mask(s), and allow yourself to feel cared for. my goal is for this to be a sanctuary for you.
