Hi, I'm a licensed massage therapist. I value safe touch to calm the nervous system and reset your mood. I believe your body keeps the score of all your emotions, which sometimes can cause stress and tension in your body. Nurturing touch in a safe space relaxes you, and resets your body and mind. (I’m fine with incorporating massages into our cuddling sessions as long as there’s no sexual requests).
