One thing romantic partners, dance partners, and even friends have always complimented me on is my ability to direct attention through my touch. My touch is deeply intentional, intuitive, and infused with a tenderness that facilitates emotional presence and connection, even when it feels challenging or vulnerable. After years of shrugging these abilities off as simply emotional intelligence or ‘good massage’, I began to offer my touch as a transformative gift to friends and loved ones. Now I'm widening my circle and offering my gifts more broadly to folks who understand the power of authentic connection.

A neuroscientist by day, I love to talk science, philosophy, and spirituality. I specialized in psychedelic cognition so altered states are a special interest of mine. I think of physical connection and deep interpersonal connections as mind-altering experiences of their own, so this doubles as a bit of a research opportunity for me. I'm passionate about creating containers for presence and transformation with clients, but I also pride myself on bringing that level of intentionality to all kinds of experiences--whether its watching a movie, taking a walk together, or even dancing (I have three years of contact improv experience- ask me about it!)

Outside of science, I have studied and practiced Qi Gong, energy work, and Authentic Relating. While I’m newer to AR, I’ve facilitated dozens of energy healing sessions with clients over the past 5 years and I humbly and open-heartedly offer these skills to any clients who are interested in conscious energetic manipulation for somatic and emotional wellbeing. In session, this can look like attuned presence (the foundation of all of my sessions), guided breath awareness, subtle or physical movement of energy (can look like Reiki or massage, but not quite), or eye gazing when comfortable. Getting to work with clients who have experience working with these systems is always a real treat. I find these sessions to be particularly valuable for both parties.

☀️ A photo is required before I can confirm a booking if a photo of your face is not already available in your profile.
☀️ A $50 deposit per hour is required (applied to your session) unless you have at least a few positive reviews. When I’m traveling, the deposit applies to everyone as I need to cover extra expenses and can’t afford to book people who aren’t serious.
☀️I do not currently host sessions or have access to a car. Please reach our keeping in mind that I ask clients to cover uber to and from my sessions. Thank you!
☀️Cancellations: cancelling less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit your deposit. Same day cancellations / no-shows will incur a charge equal to half of the session’s total cost. I will also require upfront payment before scheduling again to protect my time.
