I walked out of my session with Lauren feeling sooooo much lighter, and happy I reached out to her :)

Very easy to relax with her. She's incredibly warm and very easy to talk to. I am looking forward to the next time she visits Seattle and will book with her ASAP!

After a long day at work, I decided to set up a session with Senseivana because I really needed to slow down and relax. From the very first messages, she was thoughtful, clear, and professional. Scheduling was easy and she made sure everything felt comfortable before we even met.

The session itself was wonderful. We talked about many different things and I genuinely enjoyed hearing her perspective. She is warm, kind, and full of energy, with an infectious laugh that instantly puts you at ease. Her touch is confident and very grounding, and her strong hands make time fly by before you realize it. She clearly puts effort into creating a calm, welcoming space, and it shows that she takes her work seriously. Treat her well and with respect, because she truly gives that same care back. I will absolutely see her again, and that leads me to the second part of this review.

I want to say this for anyone reading. Senseivana is a real gem. She takes the time to set the mood, communicate clearly, and send detailed, professional replies. She is being generous by not asking for a deposit, and that trust deserves respect. If you make an appointment, honor it. Her time matters just like yours does. Let’s not ruin a good thing by being careless or rude. We want her back in Seattle, and that only happens if people show basic decency. Let’s all be kind to each other.

I had a beautiful virtual session with Lauren. We connected with each other immediately and time flew by. Lauren has an aliveness that is deeply heart opening and healing. She was kind, open minded, intelligent and she projects positive energy that lights up the room!
Our conversation spanned a wide range of topics and focused on health and wellness, which is a strong area of focus for Lauren. By the end of the session, I was feeling lighter, inspired, and grateful for our time together.

What can I say that has not already been said about lovely Lauren! Cuddling with Lauren has been on my wish list since I first saw her profile. 🤗 Her smile lights up the room! She has such a warm presence that it’s so easy to melt into her cozy arms. She’s present, tender, caring, funny, smart, empathetic, and she has a voice that is so soothing I could listen to her talk for hours. She had me deep in the oxytocin clouds for sure 🤩 I wish Cuddle Comfort had a “Master” badge for pros who could teach other pros, because that’s EXACTLY what you get with Lauren! It’s rare that I enjoy meeting a cuddler this much—rare enough to count on one hand, possibly with a few fingers missing even. Lauren is kind, intelligent, thoughtful, and has an admirable outlook towards life that was refreshing to listen to and learn from. She also gives great cuddles and has a way with words.

Even though we were able to spend quite a bit of time with each other during her visit, the time was woefully inadequate and it felt like we were only beginning to explore everything there was to talk about. I’ll be eagerly awaiting the next time we meet.

I had such a wonderful cuddle session with Senseivana! She was very welcoming from the outset, with friendly smiles and a warm hug from the very first moment I met her. It was easy to see that she has a lot of pride in what she does and it really comes through with the genuine care and thoughtfulness she shows to others. I also really enjoyed hearing her tell all her stories and adventures with such passion! She is very worldly with tons of interesting life experiences so you'll definitely have a relaxing time cuddling with her and never run out of things to talk about. I was actually so pleasantly surprised by how personable, funny, and down to earth she was, despite also being a professional master sensei health guru. On top of our nonstop laughter and fun conversations getting to know each other, she gave such warm and soothing hugs and cuddles and even gentle massages that made it such a rejuvenating and therapeutic experience altogether! Senseivana shines like a bright star that uplifts others with her warmth and genuine kindness and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Lauren is an incredible cuddler. She brought warmth and comfort to a very cold morning, and I truly appreciated how accommodating she was with my schedule—weekends get hectic with the holidays approaching. She has set the bar for what a cuddle session should be.

This young lady is an empathic goddess. Everything about our cuddle session was both incredibly invigorating and also super relaxing. She is an absolute delight, and I felt an immediate connection. Magical is how I would describe my session with Lauren. From the fantastic genuine hug, to the seemingly intuitive rubs she provided as we lay there in a tangle of arms and legs. Due to my own schedule our session was much much shorter than I would have liked, but rest assured that even with such a short session, we parted ways with me feeling relaxed and recharged. Will absolutely repeat. 11 out of 10 stars.

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to connect with Lauren during her LA visit!

I knew it was going to be amazing from the moment she greeted me with the best hug in the world, even though I had a pillow and blanket in my hand and couldn't give her quite as much of a full-bodied hug. Her "greeting" hug was not a simple "greeting" hug, but a full-bodied, sensual hug, caressing my back while she hugged me.

She hosted the session at a cozy Airbnb on the east side of LA. Not a room within a house, but an entire house, meaning that there was no one else present apart from us two. We had an autumn-inspired GIF on the TV screen that helped to create the cozy vibe, along with some nature sounds "music". Lauren truly made the space her own. Between working her magic in the space, and my finishing touch of the nature sounds, we created the perfect ambience, and the perfect, cozy vibe for a cuddle.

I spent the majority of the session in several versions of "little bear" position, including head in lap, head on chest, head on shoulder, face up, face down. I tried every version of it with her. She caressed my face and my back the majority of the time.

She embraced me, enveloped me in her energy field as "big bear".

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist, and she incorporated elements of her massage skills into the cuddle session. She gave me some amazing back, neck and shoulder, and forehead massages.

We talked about hiking, natural medicine, music, and even the healing frequency of 432 hz.

At the end of the session, I played a short excerpt from a Mozart Piano Sonata for her on the piano at the Airbnb where she hosted the session. Because I have perfect pitch, I immediately detected that the piano was tuned to 432 hz (the rare but correct tuning pitch) instead of 440 (the standard but incorrect tuning pitch). Lauren detected that the piano was 432 hz even though she doesn't have perfect pitch, which is actually more impressive. Incidentally, I have my own piano tuned to 432 (against the advice of my piano tuner by the way). Lauren told me that she listens to mostly 432 hz music. I told her that most of the music I listen to is not available in 432 hz. And we both expressed how we wished that there was more recorded music available in 432 hz.

Lauren truly lives up to her own self-description as an old soul. She may have the body of a 26-year-old, but she possesses the wisdom of someone far older.

Lauren is also an excellent communicator and is very much present and intentional in her communication.

When we parted, Lauren gave me a "farewell" hug that was equally amazing as her "greeting" hug. This time, I set down my pillow and blanket in the suitcase in the trunk of my car so I could fully reciprocate the hug.
