I have started a handful of professional businesses as an entrepreneur on my own in the past from 18yoa and also have a neuroscience degree from USC. I am fascinated with deep, intellectual connection and all kinds of energy work for optimal health that synchronizes two people in giving and receiving to relieve modern day stress. Being a professional cuddler lends itself to my intrinsic desire to be your healer, nurturer, and space holder of vulnerability and emotional release. Providing that home-feeling, attentive, energetic touch has so many benefits for my clients: higher oxytocin helping us to feel seen and bonded as well as lower cortisol to decrease tension from day to day modern world stressors. That feeling one gets from a relaxing shampoo session at a salon is the same level of blissful comfort and emotional ease I hope to provide in our virtual and/or in-person platonic cuddle sessions! I can guarantee you’ll always take away something new from our time together whether it be a technique, sensation, or realization.
As a reminder, I will only engage in non-sexual touch, as clearly stated on this app. I’m a guidelines gal, for your safety and mine too! I do my very best to respond to messages within 48 hours, so don’t be discouraged or hesitate to ask or simply say hello! Lauren is an amazing cuddler. We had a wonderful time together that I wish could have kept going. Had a great session with SenseiHaven. From the first hug when I arrived m, I knew this was a genuine connection. After our session I did not want to leave after or want the session to end. She made me feel very welcomed from the first step in the door to the end of the session. I can honestly say this has probably been one of my favorite sessions.
The best cuddle experience I’ve had. She is attentive and has a great energy that you will feel immediately. I felt valued and safe with her. She has the most amazing smile and I will 100 percent book her again. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend!

Sometimes in life you are in the right place, right time and everything is right. My session with her felt that way. She is intelligent, empathetic and genuine. Time flew by...her smile continually filled the room. I felt uplifted and rejuvinated at the close of the session....she is an Angel!

Wow! Lauren is more than an awesome cuddler, she is an experience! The time flew by with her. She has some amazing stories and life experiences. I was fascinated by her vast knowledge of so many different subject matters.
More than anything she genuinely cares! I felt like she was completely focused on me and it added in a huge way to the cuddling experience. Now i need a good excuse to come visit LA again!

Oh wow where do I begin. SenseiHaven is a rare gem in this world🙏🏼 Been wanting to cuddle with her for a very long time and finally the stars aligned🙏🏼 Feel extremely blessed she never gave up on me as I had to cancel several times. Some would just give up on you and break the communication. She on the other hand would always drop notes wishing me well and likewise. That’s when you know one is genuine and cares. It was even more apparent when we greeted each other as she gave the most amazing welcoming hug ever🙏🏼 I was a bit taken back how nice she made the atmosphere with her lighting up the room full of stars. From the welcoming hug we were cuddling within seconds. Words can’t explain the instant attention she gives and how comfortable she makes you feel. Gazing into each other’s eyes while cuddling was something to behold🙏🏼 The shoulder and scalp massage was second to none. Simply the BEST🙏🏼🙏🏼 There are some that go through the motion and then you have this beautiful lady who creates the motion with energy that’s unexplainable🙏🏼🙏🏼 I Already can’t wait to see her again and will be adding several hours to the session. Some say they would give X amount of stars above 5 if they could. There aren’t enough stars in the universe to show how amazing SenseiHaven truly is. What an amazing, gentle, lovely, deep soul! I actually felt bad because it was late in the evening that we had our session and I couldn’t keep up and reciprocate with the high level of loveliness she was sending my way.
