Somewhere between a best friend, a wellness nerd, and a golden retriever is where you'll find me. I think in systems and feel in metaphors — which turns out to be a surprisingly good combination for this work. I cuddle intentionally, professionally, and with my whole heart. Are you an introvert or extrovert? I am exactly halfway between and enjoy the company of both. Maybe it's the Gemini in me. I recharge when I cuddle, how about you? I can talk, listen, or just revel in the silence.
Let's talk about back scratches. There's an art to touch — knowing when to be light, when to linger, when to just be still. My hands are warm, my nails are just right, and I pay attention to what your body is telling me.
Arms, hair, back, chest, beard — all of it, always with your explicit consent. You are the center of my attention from the moment we begin. My goal is simple: when you leave, you feel the three C's — Calm, Centered, and Cherished.

After a long day of driving I had the pleasure of cuddling with J at the end of my day. What a treat. She is a funny, kind and warm person. She has a great smile and is an awesome cuddler.

My time with VitaminJ was excellent. She was very communicative, and began the session with clear boundaries and expectations. She is also a generous cuddler. Everything from head and beard scratched to back rubs and light massages. I was so comfortable I feel alert multiple times. 10/10. Would Recommend Highly.

This DID NOT feel transactional in the slightest. That was one of the more cared-for energies I've seen another person to display in a long time. That sweet human being was willing and ready to cater to whatever need or request I had which wasn't even much. It most certainly started with that welcoming hug and instant embrace. I didn’t know what to expect going into my first cuddle but after the initial shock of having to meet someone new, I received the biggest hug to make me feel at ease. Attentive to my needs and encouraged me to be assertive if I felt anything lacking. Wonderful session.
