Shanti is an incredible person and amazing at what she does. She is kind, caring, and makes you feel immediately calm and at peace. We worked on breathing exercises which I had never done before but were so effective. I felt rejuvenated and with good feelings weeks after our initial session. Highly recommended. Thank you Shanti!
