Caring for humans and holding space for everything you’re afraid to be in polite society is my calling. Cry. Complain. Be sad, be petty, be joyful, or some other secret, fourth thing. I accept you.
I've done the Cuddlist certification, a workshop on the elements of touch, several hours of training with the wheel of consent, and an 8 hour workshop called "The Universe Behind the Hug". Other credentials include a year+ of massage training (clinical, deep tissue, relaxation and Thai), several somatic courses, 10 years of working in caregiving especially giving hospice massage and learning how to hold space for other humans. I also have done extensive study and practice in nonviolent communication and other communication modalities.
I bring big motherly energy to the space, or loving friend energy if that’s more your vibe. Nonjudgment and safety are important to me. My intention is to offer and hold space for you to relax completely into a sense of being cared for. I nerd out on the nervous system and somatics work, with bodywork available in tandem with cuddles.
Other things I'm into:
Mindfulness: meditation, yoga, somatics. Community Building. Very interested in psychedelics as used in healing trauma, especially childhood trauma. (Ask me about plant medicine sessions) Research. Data. Spirituality. Nondualism. Sci fi and self improvement.
Been diving into the gift economy and degrowth economics since 2023. I am committed to moving away from capitalism and towards communities of reciprocity and care. We shall see what that will look like as it unfolds. After I pay my house off I hope to merge more fully into my work on this planet without tying it to money.
I typically don't hang out with clients outside of sessions to keep boundaries clear and because I am very busy!
I usually only host but will consider being a guest if you either live close by or are willing to pay a fee for travel.

Wonderful cuddles and very kind and understanding!
My session with Amy was nothing short of transformative. For the first time in a long while, I felt something shifting inside me, a reopening to life after having shut myself away for so long. Amy's ability to connect and her intuitive understanding of energy work facilitated an immediate relaxation. I sensed her healing energy the minute I walked in the door. Actually even on your pre-booking chat. I was immediately put at ease. I felt safe, accepted, and peaceful.
