🩷Hi! :) I'm Kristiina! :) As one of the original pro cuddlers, I have seen throughout the years (and certainly experienced myself) the healing power of cuddling and platonic touch. It has completely changed my life in so many ways. I've met so many wonderful people. Made so many good friends for lifetime and seen so many smiling faces at the end of the sessions (and sometimes also the falling of healing tears; emotions that people have kept inside for years). It has truly melted my heart.
Little bit about me...I’m a warm-hearted person, a good listener & HSP (a highly sensitive person) who enjoys the simple things in life and connecting deeply with other people. I love nature, music, animals, photography, art, reading, deep conversations, quality time, movies, theatres, learning new things etc. And of course cuddling! :)
As an ISFJ – “The Protector” in the Myers-Briggs personality framework, I naturally bring warmth, empathy, gentle feminine energy, and a strong sense of care into the spaces I hold. I’m attentive to people’s emotional and physical comfort, and I value creating environments where others can truly relax and feel safe.

🩷You: A cuddle therapy session is your time to receive the love and attention that you deserve. It is customized to help create comfort, relaxation, and nurturing affection.
My cuddle session is a combination of cuddling while sitting and/or lying down, silence or talking, holding hands, eye gazing, gentle platonic caresses (f. e on head, arms, back) and standing hug to begin the session. 
🕯I love to put also candles, incense and relaxing meditation/nature music for the session but all of these are completely optional! You can either lie down and receive touch and being held, or also cuddle me back. Open for most cuddle positions - I have a whole cuddle sutra to show you if you would like to also learn new & interesting ones.

🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ I have 2 adorable & very friendly kittens (for any allergies or fear of animals - although they would be in a different room!)

-Nordic Cuddle’s (founded by Rebekka Mikkola) cuddle therapy training programme (CMA & ICOES Accredited)
& their practical workshops.
-More than 900 hours of cuddle therapy experience. (Professional Cuddler since 2018).
-​📚 Psychology & Social Scienses 
-Certified in Mental Health Awareness, Mindfulness & Personal Health and Wellbeing
-Certified in working with my HSP (Highly Sensitive People) clients.
-Certification in Somatic Integration (stress is stored not only in the mind but in the energy of the body. Through gentle touch and mindful connection you can have the opportunity to release deep- seated pain & restore your body-mind harmony.) In other words, I see cuddle therapy also through the lens of dynamic somatic touch and as a gateway to somatic dialogue. Returning to our bodies, the sensations and subtle energies within us, and most importantly to the present moment.
