Those close to me describe me as having a huge heart space and a deep caring with dead pan delivery.
I am an energy healer and somatic coach and holding/cuddling is a skill I have focused on developing in a professional capacity which promotes deep rebalancing and trauma recovery. Bodies need touch and the biofeedback of caring to rewire themselves towards wholeness. As well, just as kids need comfort when their nervous systems are overwhelmed, and they seek out balanced systems that are able to hold that comfort template for them so that they can rebalance and find calm, so does our inner child and any body of any age. We need comfort before we can let go what needs to be let go.
