My best friend would describe me as someone who is supportive, trustworthy, and understanding. Someone who would be there for them during both good and bad times, someone who listens without judgment, and offer honest advice when needed. Someone whose communication, loyalty, and laughter are important qualities. someone who enriches life, makes you feel valued, and someone who would bring out the best in you. Ultimately, I try to be the best friend I can be. I enjoy cuddling because Physical touch releases oxytocin, aka the "love hormone," which helps promote feelings of bonding, trust, and overall well-being. Cuddling can also reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of loneliness, and it can increase feelings of security and comfort. Communication and respect for personal boundaries are key to enjoying cuddling depending on personal preferences and comfort levels.
