My aim for each sweet soul is to provide a safe space experience where you can just be yourself. Whatever it is on your mind, we can talk about. I want you to feel heard and feel cared for.

I have a background in behavioral science and am commonly the “therapist friend”. Often that grounded friend always there to listen and happy to inspire you in ways to move forward.

Or sometimes what you need is just to be listened to and have a person be by your side as you process the pain / your experiences.

As a life coach, I am experienced in helping people work through their anxieties, depression and relationships.
