My friends would probably describe me as a bit of a whirlwind, or a bit of a roller coaster. I like to cuddle because I find it really helps to ease my anxiety. Being able to just melt into somebody’s arms and feel them holding me, especially quite firmly, is really comforting. That pressure and sense of being physically supported just helps me feel calmer and relieves a lot of my anxiety.
