I am very low key, and prefer quiet. I would say I am not yet who I see myself, or I do not yet receive the resonance of what I believe myself to be. Partly having to understand the dissonance I see in the world. I found the songs, "Holy War", and " the Prayer", to have some thoughts and emotion that i can relate to.

I like to cuddle because it feels good, so it must be good. I like to cuddle in the most relaxing ways, whatever feels good.

From Jamaica and moved to WA state. Often visit the east coast for work.

On a brighter note, change is inevitable, and having been less active in what happens to me, I am glad to have encountered amazing people who have shared their work and thoughts on life. Of note two books, but there are plenty of videos, which I did watch plenty of before getting the books and attended an event for the first one in person - "Who switched off my brain " and " The biology of Belief". The first book/event had a major life impact and really struck a nerve, in a good way, it was a lot sooner and the second was a little later.

I would say, for me, I believe strength and kindness are two sides of a coin, but not so much opposites. There is probably a better way to say that.
