About me
Touch is so important for us to live healthy enriching lives. Human touch, cuddling, and feeling safe can trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding and stress reduction. These activities have been linked to lower cortisol levels, reduced heart rate, improved immune function, and overall well-being. Studies suggest that positive physical contact may contribute to better mental health, reduced anxiety, and improved emotional resilience.
Touch is also my personal love language. I am a yoga teacher and I love running mindfulness retreats. I enjoy traveling and living life to the fullest.
