Touch is very therapeutic. Touch adds much good to health and longevity. It is also my love language. As a mentor, I'm passionate about helping people succeed in 7 areas of life. It is fun to listen to an individuals dreams and then ask them questions that helps them move toward those dreams. It can be particularly effective combined with touch and cuddling. I have chosen to to give whatever insight I have for free on this site simply because the cuddling experience is so pleasant and enjoyable while knowing that I'm being a catalyst to help the gal move closer to her dreams. It is particularly effective when there is no rush or hurry since it can take time for her to unwind, relax, and really be open about her dreams. It happens by a combination of communicating and then mixing it in with nature, such as, enjoying the beach. The playfulness of the moment has a way of releasing the pent up energy into a vision for change and personal growth.
