I love consensual cuddling because it provides a safe space to feel connected, safe & loved without the expectation of needing something sexual in return. Also, I am an empath that went through a lot of trauma in my formative years so I know how life changing and healing feeling safe enough to be held by another human in a non-sexual way can be. Not to mention being able to explore soft sensuality in a way where you don't have to worry about it becoming sexual.
