I’m someone who values connection with others and staying present in life while enjoying peaceful moments during our fast-paced modern world. I approach my interactions with others through roundedness, intuitive understanding, and intentionality while creating spaces where people can feel comfortable and recognized and they can find relief from their anxiety.

My motivation comes from my desire to expand my knowledge through continuous learning. I continue my daily life through my practice of maintaining openness to all things which includes exploring new cities and hiking in nature and discovering new things and listening to music while enjoying silent times.

My preferred activities include practicing writing and meditation, rock climbing and Jiu Jitsu . I recently started playing the guitar because I enjoy pushing my limits through new challenges.
I like to create spaces that allow people to express themselves freely through my ability to sense energy I enjoy spending time with people who value honesty and respect and authentic connections with others.
