I am into the improvement of mine and body !! I exercise 5 to 6 days a week . I Eat healthy and find new ways to provide foods to my family that are delicious, organic, and sustainable!
I acknowledge the benefits of touch and closeness between people of all ages.
I have realized that I now need more of that connection than my current situation can provide!
