People would describe me as being a caring and responsible man that puts others before himself. Thoughtful, strong, big heart and with a great sense of humor. I have a spark for life, for music and dancing - sometimes I feel like the kid inside of me never left. This can be annoying sometimes as I have to contain myself and act my age (like at work). I am easily moved with emotions - through a song or talking about life's up and downs. At the same time I can still be pretty shy and reserved until I get to know someone. I guess that makes me introverted.

Things I like do to. I like to hike, yes I live to hike - did I tell you I like to hike? :) I also have taken up biking and have a mountain bike. I am really focused on this as I broke my foot and it was terrible so I don't want to feel like I can't do things so health, exercise, hiking and biking are my calling. I might explore getting a kayak at some point who knows.

Ok a little more personal info about myself. Autoimmune diseases suck. My wife was dx with an autoimmune disease 15 years ago and it has been really downhill the past 5. She is bedbound now and so our lives changed, I am a caregiver now. People tell me I need to live and make connections. So this is something I am for once going to do for me to help make life a little brighter.
