Who is this cuddly creature you might ask?!
Sometimes I go by Sunflower or Sunshine (also sometimes meme :) because I love to help make people's days brighter! My friends would describe me as bubbly, bright, and uplifting ~ a free spirit as one might say. They would also say I'm open hearted & liberating to be around.
I am trained in somatic experiencing trauma healing and enjoy holding a nonjudgemental space for people's emotions.
My specialty is helping people feel safe to process and inviting space for repressed feelings.
Together through platonic touch and somatic experiencing, we can get you feeling more like yourself, feeling loved, held and supported for exactly who you are, have you feeling more in your power & blooming like a beautiful vibrant flower! yipppeeee :)

If I travel to you, I charge an additional fee which is as listed below:
20-35 miles = $50
35-60 miles = $70
60- 80 miles = $90
