I'm an avid mediator, still learning how to not suck at yoga, and use an e - bike as my form of transportation.

I'm spiritual, but not religious and love conversations about consciousness and the universe, and god.
I am huge fan of books, both non-fiction and fiction, and I am open to reading to or listening to you read during sessions.
