There's honestly not much I can say that hasn't already been said about this patient, kind, welcoming, attentive, comforting, lovely individual. She is precisely the person pictured and presented in print that you see here. I was set at ease within five minutes of meeting her. Surroundings were clean, polished, and imbued with a sense of peace and comfort, I was able to forget about the outside world for the entire time I was in her presence. Super cozy. I just felt like everything is going to be okay. I cannot recall the last time that I felt as seen, accepted, and appreciated as I did during my time with Vanessaesa.
