My work can be very stressful and mentally draining. I spend a lot of time solving problems, handling pressure, and staying focused for long hours.

Sometimes even after work, my mind is still thinking about projects and technical issues.
One of the ways I try to reduce stress is through exercise, especially biking.

Riding helps me clear my mind, relax, and feel better physically. It definitely helps me recharge after busy days.

But honestly, exercise alone is not always enough. I still need real human connection, touch, and physical presence. Cuddling gives me a feeling of comfort, safety, and peace that is hard to explain. It helps me slow down mentally and emotionally after hectic days.

I also really value deep conversations and genuine eye contact. Being able to talk openly, feel understood, and connect on a deeper emotional level means a lot to me.

Eye contact, warmth, and closeness make me feel truly connected and present in the moment.

For me, cuddling is not just about affection. It is something that helps me feel secure, calm, and emotionally connected.

Sometimes having someone close beside you can reduce stress more than anything else.
