1. What are the rules for professionals and clients? What happens if they are broken?
Clients are required to follow the Client Service Agreement, and professionals agree to the Cuddler Contract. This includes: no sexual activity; both parties remain clothed; not touching areas normally covered by undergarments (buttocks, groin, and breasts); no kissing (or lips touching the other person's body); no grinding; cleanliness and adequate hygiene are required.
Those who violate these terms will be reported and banned.
Professionals have a right to end a session immediately without a refund if they feel the client is not abiding by the Client Service Agreement. This is an entirely G-rated service. Although cuddling involves being physically close to someone, the intention is not to arouse but to provide a therapeutic, comforting, and relaxing experience without sexuality coming into the picture.
This is something Cuddle Comfort takes very seriously, and members who seek or offer sexual services are quickly banned. There is a 0 tolerance policy for misconduct and crossing this boundary.
2. How do I prepare for a cuddle?
Just use basic hygiene: shower, brush your teeth, shave stubble and wear fresh clothes.
People usually avoid perfume and cologne. If you do want to wear a scent, it's a good idea to check with your cuddle partner first (some people have allergies).
3. Do you charge for travel time?
I'm able to travel up to 15 minutes each way free of charge. I ask that if there is a parking fee or limited parking (such as downtown area) that you cover the fee or either an Uber to help me arrive in a timely manner and avoid the stress of finding parking downtown. :) For travel more than 15 minutes one way, I charge a small travel fee.
4. How do you accept payment?
Cash at the start of the session.
5. Can we participate in activities that don't involve cuddling?
Yes! As long as we both agree to what it is beforehand and it remains platonic, I'm happy to accompany you to share a meal, attend an event, go dancing, see a movie, visit an art exhibit, or a park, have a picnic, visit a market, etc.
6. What's Your Communication Policy?
Communication through this site is preferred until a booking is established or agreed upon. Then we'll set up a ZOOM meeting, and I'll get your phone number to remind you about the meeting and the extra location for the ZOOM link. Once we finish the consult, we will use the phone and text only for logistics upon booking date and/or the day before for coordination as needed. Then we will go back to using the site messenger system for rescheduling/ check-ins/updates etc., for future bookings. If you want a virtual session I usually max them at 30 minutes for $50 if not scheduling an in person meeting.
7. Booking Proposal- If I message you that I am available day of know the proposal needs to be booked before 8pm. I don’t schedule sessions after 7pm.
