I’ve been a social dancer for most of my adult life and the social dance scene is where I got all the physical touch I needed. I could feel it helping my stress. Sometimes I would go to dance and sometimes I would sit on the sidelines having snuggles with my friends. That’s when I realized I was the head scratch queen.
