We’ll always go at your pace. I’ll check in along the way, and your boundaries are always respected.

My background in yoga, meditation, and bodywork has taught me the value of slowing down and listening to the body. If you’d like, we can add gentle breathwork to help you settle even deeper.

There’s no right way to cuddle. We can curl up and watch a movie, listen to music, share some conversation, or simply relax in each other’s arms. Whether you’re looking for something nurturing, playful, or peaceful, we’ll find what feels good for you.
