📝 New Client Process & Policies 📝

Every new client begins with a brief 20-minute virtual consultation 💻📞. This is a chance for us to discuss boundaries, preferences, expectations, and what you’re hoping to get from the experience. It also allows us to make sure we’re a good fit before meeting in person.

The consultation is completely free. 💰❌

🌱 First-Time Clients Without Cuddle Karma

For clients without Cuddle Karma, the first in-person booking is a basic 1-hour cuddle session at the standard $125/hour rate.

This first session allows us to meet in person, establish boundaries and expectations, and determine whether we’re a good fit for future sessions.

Additional services, add-ons, extended sessions, packages, and travel arrangements can be discussed after the initial session, based on mutual comfort and fit.

📸 Profile Photo Requirement

For safety and transparency, clients without a profile photo are asked to send a recent photo before booking. This helps establish trust and makes the first meeting more comfortable for both of us.

❗⚠️ Cancellation Policy for New Clients ⚠️❗

If a new client cancels before their first session, I will only consider rescheduling after a $50 cancellation fee has been paid.

My time is valuable, and I appreciate clients who respect scheduled appointments and communicate promptly about any changes.

To help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both of us:

🛁 Proper Hygiene — Please arrive clean and fresh, including showering, fresh breath, and clean clothing.

⏰ Punctuality — Please arrive on time. If you’re running late, communicate with me as soon as possible.

📩 Respectful Communication — Clear, courteous communication is expected before and during our session.

⚖️ Respect My Time — Last-minute cancellations and excessive rescheduling are not acceptable. Please review the cancellation policy above.

💵 Payment — Payment is due before the session begins. Cash is preferred; Venmo is also accepted.

📍 Location & Travel 🚗

I’m based in Studio City 🎬 and am happy to travel within 15 miles for sessions.

For locations beyond 15 miles, a $5/mile travel fee each way applies.
