I am a very touchy feely person...I come from a family that was always touching and cuddling and playing with each others hair, dancing around, sometimes with my feet on my moms....it is just the way I was raised.

I am on here to relax...as I hold space for others all day long in my work. I want to be held, to feel safe, to be in caring arms, and to be listened to, as well as to listen.

I love connection, touch calms my heart and lights me up. Touch is my love language so it is how I fill up, how I give and receive love.

My friends sometimes come over and all we do is touch, cuddle and talk, or do Contact Improv...as it is what feeds our spirits.

I am a long time cuddlier and looking for more people to connect and cuddle with.

My favorite way to cuddle is with soothing music, we choose a position to be in and the first 40 minutes be talk free and completely still. This calms my whole system and fills me up. After that, we can talk, laugh, move around, whatever we choose.
