Hi Cuddlecakes,

02.06.25: A very warm thank you to all who have reached out, I am working 6 days a week these days. I should become more available in March/April 2025.

Until I have an office space, I am only offering virtual cuddle sessions. I will update my profile when I begin hosting! <3

A typical virtual session with me involves talking about neuroplasticity of the brain, self soothing, mindfulness, breathing techniques or just silly and casual conversations.

We experience our lives as much on the inside as we do out. In those quiet hours, thoughts can be loud and overwhelming, my intention is to help your mind become a pleasant place to be, and to work towards letting go of what is no longer serving you. I like to think of it as mental decluttering.

A sense of calm we all need in this crazy world.

A few things about me:

- Anyone who knows me describes me as uplifting, gentle, playful, silly, weird, sweet and compassionate.

- I am an attentive listener.

- I am a professional hula hoop performer and instructor, hoop dance is a wonderful form of movement meditation.

Virtual sessions are available through Google Meeting for $50 an hour.

Please try to book all appointments in advance.

Payments are made through cashapp only and are due prior to the appointment.

**Please note, sessions are $50 due to the limitation of the appointment being virtual, the price will return to $100 when I begin hosting.**
