➡️I will respond within 24-48 hours and invite you to schedule an initial consultation with me over a video call so we can delve deeper into your goals and determine if they align with my skillset. Frequently Asked Questions
🧸 Are sessions platonic?
Yes. All sessions are strictly platonic; I do not offer services beyond the platonic space.
🧸 What happens during a cuddle session?
All sessions are fully customizable to your wants and needs. They may include sitting together, eye gazing, holding hands, hugging, mirroring, conversation, exploring cuddle positions, holding space for emotional processing, or enjoying companionship and shared activities, such as watching movies or taking walks.
🧸 What should I wear?
Comfortable, clean clothing is required. Clients remain fully clothed at all times with a minimum of tank top and shorts.

Absolutely. Consent is ongoing and can be changed or withdrawn at any time, no explanation needed.
🧸 This is my first time seeing a pro cuddler—will you guide me?
Yes. Many clients are new to cuddle therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous or apprehensive. I’m happy to walk you through the process and we will move forward only in ways that feel good to you.
🧸 What cuddle positions can we try?
The world of cuddle poses is vast and a spirit of playful curiosity is welcomed in this space as we co-create what feels good. I also have some books and can recommend some wonderful YouTube cuddle demo compilation videos.

🌷 About me:
My relationship to touch has been a complicated one. As a highly sensitive, neurodiverse child, I found physical contact overwhelming—being hugged or held made me tense up, triggering my nervous system into a state of alert. Boundary violations and trauma further complicated my relationship with touch. As an adult, I worked to heal these wounds, learning mindful body awareness and embodied consent, how to truly listen to my body, speak up for myself and no longer tolerate unwanted contact. This journey has taught me that safe, platonic touch therapy can be a pathway to empowerment and transformation. It has allowed me to reframe my experience of touch as the connective and restorative experience it is meant to be. I completed my certification with Cuddlist in November 2025, which gave me the foundation, skills and confidence to safely practice this modality. It is an honor to hold space for others and a privilege to be part of someone's healing journey.
Cuddle therapy can be a pathway home to yourself, a re-orienting to your own inner knowing and wisdom, and I would love to be your guide on this journey. Let’s cuddle!
Besides cuddling, I enjoy reading, hiking/being in nature, gardening, and yoga.
