About Me:

I offer calm, grounded, fully platonic cuddle sessions for people who want to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect — without pressure or expectations.
This work is personal for me.
There was a point where talk therapy helped me understand things mentally, but I still felt tension and stress in my body that I couldn’t fully access or release. Working with a cuddle therapist helped me experience what it actually feels like to relax and let my guard down in a real way.
I’m not a therapist — just someone who’s done meaningful work on myself and shows up with emotional awareness, respect, and a steady, supportive presence.

I have split custody of a very cuddly cat 🐱
→ If you have allergies or a preference, we can plan sessions with or without her
Before our first session, I require a quick FaceTime or Skype call
→ Just a simple intro to make sure we both feel comfortable and aligned

For First-Time Clients
If this is new for you, that’s completely normal.
We’ll keep things simple, communicate clearly, and go at whatever pace feels right. No pressure, no awkward expectations — just a safe space to relax.
