With so much going on in the world, many feel disconnected, from themselves, family, friends, life & I like to consider myself a bridge back home.
I’m a holistic wellness practitioner and space holder devoted to helping people reconnect with safety, presence, and inner balance. I have a deep love for nature and for authentic human connection, and I believe that connection—when experienced in the right atmosphere—can be profoundly powerful and healing.

I offer a space to soften, be held without expectation, and simply exist as you are.
